This is San Fruttuoso Bay, Italy and the underwater statue is a life size statue of Christ with his arms raised, called Cristo degli Abissi (Christ of the Abyss)

“Il Cristo degli Abissi” is in the Mediterranean sea off San Fruttuoso between Camogli and Portofino on the Italian Riviera.
